vegan charcuterie plate

inspired by a delicious meal i shared with my husband at kindred in san diego (BTW wow, my new favorite restaurant), i created a vegan charcuterie plate for our friendsgiving celebration. it featured:

  • treeline cracked pepper classic aged cashew cheese (center)
  • vegan pistachio cranberry cheese ball (recipe by @alexafuelednaturally)
  • la panzanella croccantini crackers
  • caramelized onion hummus (store brand)
  • bonne maman fig preserves
  • everything bagel crackers (store brand)
  • mixed olives and pickled garlic (from the olive bar)
  • dried cranberries
  • dragonfruit
  • pistachios
  • almonds
  • baby carrots
  • golden berries

it was a big hit and i’ll definitely make one again!
